Twisted Endorses Weston College Career Excellence Hub

At Twisted, we’re passionate about supporting the next generation of digital and business talent and that’s why we’re thrilled to endorse Weston College’s Digital and Business Career Excellence Hubs!

The Career Excellence Hubs are transforming education by partnering with employers to give students the skills and experiences they need for real careers, not just courses. Each hub is tailored to a specific subject area, bringing businesses like ours on board to help shape the learner journey and prepare students for the world of work.

Here at Twisted, we’ve had two T-Level students join us this year, Courtney from Computer Science and a student in Digital Art and Design. In previous years we have had Josh a T-Level student in Computer Science who is now on a Degree Apprenticeship through Weston College! We’ve also been into the College to deliver talks on business and marketing, helping inspire students with real world insights into industry.

We’re proud to be part of the Business Enterprise Project again this year too, in partnership with Weston Hospicecare and the College. This amazing initiative sees us donating £50 to groups of students, who then plan, invest, and create a business idea to raise funds for the hospice, a fantastic way for them to learn about enterprise while making a difference in the local community.

As an official Career Excellence Hub endorser, we’re committed to:

• Creating inspirational learning experiences
• Providing essential skills training for our industry
• Helping deliver a talented workforce for thriving businesses
• Supporting skills development post-education
